Elementary Plan for Instructional Packet Collection and Student Belonging Distribution


In preparation for the end of the school, the Elementary staff has made plans for the final
instructional packet, collection of completed instructional packets, and distribution of student
belongings.


The final instructional packet will be distributed on Wednesday, May 6. This packet will contain
all assignments needed through the end of the school year. Packets will be available in the
back of the school in the car rider line from 7-9 am, as well as on bus delivery and
Facebook/Skyward electronic access.


Additionally on Wednesday, May 6 and May 13, we will collect completed instructional packets
and Library books in the front of the school between 7-9 am. Please drive through the circle
and staff members will collect packets from you curbside. Please make sure that your student’s
first and last name is clearly written on the front cover of each packet.


Bus drivers will also collect packets on the regular bus routes in the mornings.


To distribute student belongings, staff will be on duty the following dates/times:

  • Wednesday, May 20: 8am-12pm
  • Thursday, May 21: 4pm-7pm


Please drive around to the back and have your green Safe Dismissal card scanned. If you do
not have the card, you may tell the staff member your child’s first and last name & grade level.
Your student’s belongings will then be available at a pole station in the back of the school for
pick-up. If you have any remaining packets to turn in, you will then proceed to the front of the
school where staff members will collect them curbside.


Bus drivers will distribute student belongings as well for those who have been receiving packets
and meals in this manner.
